The agreement between you and Motiqa.
These terms govern your use of Motiqa, provided by Haris Hodžić, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Using the app means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Motiqa is an aid, not an instruction. Routes, distances, times, speed limits and road reports may be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your motorcycle and the conditions.
You remain responsible for how you ride: for observing traffic law, for the speed you choose, and for your attention to the road. Do not operate the app while the motorcycle is moving.
Telemetry — lean angle, acceleration, braking — is a record of what the phone measured. It is not a measurement of your motorcycle's capability, and it is not an invitation to test it on a public road.
You must be at least 16, and old enough to hold a licence for the machine you ride.
One account per rider. Keep your credentials to yourself; activity under your account is your responsibility.
You keep the rights to your photos, routes and posts. Posting grants Motiqa permission to store that content and show it to the riders you shared it with, for as long as you keep it in the app.
You may not post anything unlawful, anything that is not yours to post, or anything intended to harass another rider.
Map data in the app is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License: https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright. The database derived from it is published under the same licence at https://motiqa.app/data.
Rides you record are your own and are not part of that database.
The map, place search and route calculation come from Google Maps Platform, under Google's terms.
The app depends on services outside our control, including mapping, routing and mobile data. It may be interrupted, and features may be changed or withdrawn.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within it.
An account may be suspended or removed where these terms are breached, in particular the rules on what may be posted.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the app, including from reliance on routes, speed limits, road reports or telemetry. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be revised as the app changes. The current version is always in the app and at motiqa.app/terms. Continuing to use the app after a revision means accepting it.
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
